SPRINGFIELD, Missouri – Evangel University will host acclaimed author Lysa TerKeurst with Grammy Award nominee Natalie Grant for an evening of encouragement and music on October 29, 2024, at 7 p.m. in Spence Chapel on Evangel’s campus. The event is part of the “Trust Again” tour featuring biblical wisdom and practical takeaways on trusting God shared by TerKeurst and powerful worship led by Grant.
VIP doors open at 5 p.m. and reserved doors open at 6:15 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and may be purchased online.
TerKeurst is a noted public speaker, author, and president of Proverbs 31 Ministries. Her books include seven New York Times bestsellers, including “Uninvited: Living Loved When You Feel Less Than, Left Out, and Lonely” and “Forgiving What You Can’t Forget.” Her latest book, “I Want to Trust You, But I Don’t” will release in October 2024.
Grant is a renowned contemporary Christian and gospel singer and songwriter. She is a five-time recipient of the Gospel Music Association’s Dove Award for Female Vocalist of the Year and a nine-time Grammy Award nominee. Grant is also a respected author, philanthropist, and co-founder of Hope for Justice, a non-profit organization which fights to rescue and restore victims of human trafficking and prosecute traffickers.
