Tell us about your career and what you do now.

What is your favorite memory from CBC?
My favorite memory at CBC was CMF (Campus Missions Fellowship) Friday night services. I loved having the opportunity to hear from the incredible missionaries that we had speak to us at CBC. We were so blessed to have such remarkable missionaries come through CBC. I never missed a Friday!
How did CBC help you identify/develop your calling?
It was so formative for me. I was a Teen Challenge graduate so when I arrived at CBC, I was so hungry for all the Lord had for me. I was serious about my calling. I learned with intent during classes, and God worked it out in my heart during chapel services. I developed my leadership skills as I was given the opportunity to serve as an RA and RDA while I was a student.
How did your experience at CBC prepare you for life after graduation?
CBC helped me realize that saying YES to Jesus is going to cost me everything. When I said yes to Jesus, I said yes to whatever He wanted from me. I learned how to say yes regardless of what it looked like in the natural, and that has prepared me to live a life of faith. I am able to say YES to Jesus in whatever He asks.
What advice would you give a current student preparing for the workforce?
Prepare yourself as best as you can and allow God to mature you on the journey. Do your part, but do not ever forget that it is the Lord that will work in you and through you to accomplish His plan and purpose.
What would you look for if you were in a position to hire a new graduate?
Teachability, Loyalty, Longevity and Faithfulness
