Megan Bearden

Megan Bearden, PhD, M.S. LPC, is an alum of Evangel University and received her Bachelor and Master’s degrees through Evangel. She also completed a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision at Regent University. Additionally, she serves as a board member for the Missouri Mental Health Counselors Association.

While attending Evangel University, she was an RA in Lewis and enjoyed participating in a variety of on-campus groups. After obtaining her Master’s degree, Megan moved to Kansas City with her husband and began working at a community mental health center helping youth and their families connect to mental health services. After returning to Springfield in December 2018, Megan began working at another community mental health center in the area, partnering with local public schools to provide therapy to children in the school setting.
