Evangel Graduate and Professional Studies host Open House

SPRINGFIELD, MO. — Evangel University will host an Open House at 6 p.m., Monday, Oct. 13, for those interested in the Graduate Studies and Degree Completion Programs. There is no charge to attend.
Hors d’oeuvres will be served from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. in the first floor lobby of Trask Hall (AB-II).
Prospective students for the adult education programs will be able to attend breakout sessions where they will be able to meet the professors and ask questions about the specific programs. For those who submit an application during the open house, the $25 application fee will be waived.
The following graduate degrees are offered:
- Master of Arts in Teaching
- Master of Education in Educational Leadership
- Master of Education in Reading
- Master of Education in Secondary Teaching
- Master of Organizational Leadership
- Master of Science in Clinical Psychology
- Master of Science in Counseling Psychology
- Master of Science in School Counseling
The following degree completion programs are offered:
- Bachelor of Business Administration in Management
- Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies
- Bachelor of Science in Human Services
- Associate of Arts in General Education
The programs are designed for students to be able to finish their degrees in approximately two years while still working full-time.
“People today are busy, but many realize they need additional education in order to remain competitive in the work force,” said Jeff Burnett, admissions director. “Evangel has prepared quality programs in both degree completion and graduate studies to conveniently fit the schedules of working adults.”
