Women's Basketball
A perennial power in the Heart of America Athletic Conference, the Lady Crusaders have
- won six conference championships
- have finished in the top five in all but two of the 20 years they have been members of the league and posted a 269-106 (.717) all-time conference record
- have earned seven berths in the NAIA national tournament where the EU women made the final-four round twice, the semifinal round once and the quarterfinal round twice
- have won 53 all-conference (27 first team), 31 all-district (20 first team), 22 all-America (11 first team), and 18 national scholar-athlete awards
Head Coach Leon Neal has been named the conference coach-of-the-year at the end of five campaigns.
