Criminal Justice Program
A well-established and well-proven major, the Criminal Justice track is what you’ll want to take if you are interested in Law Enforcement, Juvenile Justice, Probation and Parole, Corrections or the Court System.
As the first Assemblies of God college or university to offer a Criminal Justice degree, Evangel is preparing students to apply their Christian worldview to the realities of today’s work world. As you may know, working in the Criminal Justice field will give you a view into a side of life many people couldn’t even imagine. That is the reason for this program’s dual- emphasis: making you competitive in your field for today’s competitive job market, and helping you excel in your field as a Christian.
Justin Skaggs Memorial Criminal Justice Scholarship created
Evangel University criminal justice alumni have created the Justin Skaggs Memorial Criminal Justice Scholarship in honor of the 2000 graduate who went on to play for the NFL and Arena Foot ball League and died of a brain tumor at age 28. Read more about the scholarship.
